The MD500 has a skewing dish face which enables simultaneous multi-satellite acquisition with the push of a button. Using the Nomad Universal DVB Controller, the MD500 is capable of picking up true Dish Network 500 and Bell ExpressVu using the Nomad DVB tuner. The DVB tuner identifies a satellite by reading its digital video broadcast signal. Please Note that Dish Network has upgraded their HDTV requirements and the MD500 may not get all of the high definition channels available previously. MotoSAT does have systems that allow for more high definition channels through our HD units.
